Accessibility Statement

PULZ HEALTH INC

Effective Date: March 17, 2026

1. OUR COMMITMENT TO ACCESSIBILITY

PULZ Health Inc (“PULZ,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to ensuring that our website, applications, digital platforms, and all related services (collectively, the “Digital Properties”) are accessible to all individuals, including persons with disabilities. We believe that every person deserves equal access to health technology and information, and we strive to create an inclusive digital experience that meets or exceeds applicable accessibility standards.

PULZ recognizes its obligations under federal and state disability rights laws, including the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act, Section 1557 of the Affordable Care Act, and all applicable state and local accessibility laws and regulations. We are dedicated to proactive compliance with these laws and continuous improvement of our digital accessibility.

2. ACCESSIBILITY STANDARDS

2.1 WCAG 2.1 Level AA Conformance

PULZ targets conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, as published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) Web Accessibility Initiative (WAI). These guidelines are organized under four foundational principles, requiring that digital content be:

  • Perceivable: Information and user interface components must be presentable to users in ways they can perceive, including through alternative text for images, captions for multimedia, sufficient color contrast, and adaptable content layouts

  • Operable: User interface components and navigation must be operable by all users, including those who rely on keyboard-only navigation, screen readers, voice recognition software, switch devices, and other assistive technologies

  • Understandable: Information and the operation of the user interface must be understandable, including readable text, predictable navigation, and clear error identification and correction guidance

  • Robust: Content must be robust enough to be reliably interpreted by a wide variety of user agents, including current and future assistive technologies

2.2 Additional Standards

In addition to WCAG 2.1 Level AA, PULZ monitors and works toward alignment with emerging standards, including WCAG 2.2 and any subsequent updates, and Section 508 technical standards for federal accessibility compliance. As a health technology company that serves federal agencies and healthcare organizations receiving federal funding, we recognize the heightened importance of digital accessibility in the healthcare sector.

3. ACCESSIBILITY MEASURES

PULZ takes the following measures to ensure the accessibility of our Digital Properties:

  • Accessibility Integration in Development: Accessibility requirements are incorporated into our software development lifecycle, including design, coding, testing, and quality assurance processes

  • Regular Audits and Testing: We conduct periodic accessibility audits combining automated scanning tools with manual expert review, including testing with assistive technologies such as screen readers (JAWS, NVDA, VoiceOver), keyboard-only navigation, and speech recognition software

  • Third-Party Assessment: We engage qualified independent accessibility consultants to conduct comprehensive assessments of our Digital Properties against WCAG 2.1 Level AA success criteria

  • Remediation Program: Identified accessibility barriers are prioritized and remediated according to severity, impact on users, and applicable legal requirements, with target resolution timelines tracked through our internal project management systems

  • Staff Training: PULZ provides ongoing accessibility awareness and technical training to our design, development, content, and quality assurance teams to build and maintain institutional expertise in digital accessibility

  • Procurement Standards: We require that third-party components, widgets, plugins, and services integrated into our Digital Properties meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA conformance standards, and we include accessibility requirements in our vendor and procurement agreements

  • Accessibility Policy and Governance: We maintain an internal accessibility policy with designated responsibility for oversight, monitoring, and continuous improvement of our digital accessibility program

  • User Testing: Where feasible, we conduct usability testing with individuals who have disabilities to validate the real-world accessibility of our Digital Properties

4. CONFORMANCE STATUS

PULZ is actively working toward full conformance with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. While we strive to ensure that all pages and features of our Digital Properties adhere to these standards, we acknowledge that ongoing development, content updates, and third-party integrations may result in occasional accessibility gaps. We are committed to identifying and remediating these gaps as expeditiously as possible.

The conformance status of our Digital Properties is reviewed and updated on a regular basis, and we maintain documentation of known accessibility issues and their planned remediation timelines.

5. KNOWN LIMITATIONS AND ALTERNATIVE ACCESS

Despite our best efforts, certain areas of our Digital Properties may not yet be fully accessible. Known limitations may include:

  • Certain legacy PDF documents or downloadable files that may not be fully screen-reader accessible. We are working to remediate these documents and will provide accessible alternatives upon request.

  • Third-party content, widgets, or embedded applications that are not within our direct control. We actively work with third-party providers to improve the accessibility of integrated components.

  • Newly published content that may not yet have been fully reviewed for accessibility compliance. We strive to review all new content within a reasonable time following publication.

  • Complex data visualizations or interactive elements that may present challenges for certain assistive technologies. We are working to ensure alternative data representations are available.

Where content is not fully accessible, PULZ will make reasonable efforts to provide accessible alternatives and will work to remediate identified barriers in a timely manner.

6. COMPATIBILITY WITH ASSISTIVE TECHNOLOGIES

Our Digital Properties are designed and developed to be compatible with the following assistive technologies and browsers:

  • Screen Readers: JAWS (latest version), NVDA (latest version), VoiceOver (macOS and iOS), TalkBack (Android)

  • Browsers: Google Chrome (latest two versions), Mozilla Firefox (latest two versions), Apple Safari (latest two versions), Microsoft Edge (latest two versions)

  • Operating Systems: Windows 10 and later, macOS (latest two versions), iOS (latest two versions), Android (latest two versions)

  • Input Methods: Keyboard-only navigation, switch access devices, voice recognition software (Dragon NaturallySpeaking, built-in OS voice control)

We recommend using the latest versions of browsers and assistive technologies for the best experience.
